Stewart Sokol & Gray, LLC attorneys Thomas A. Larkin and Tyler J. Storti represented a prime contractor client in securing the award of a contract for a $27 Million public improvement project. The client had been the third low bidder, but the firm successfully protested the lower bids and prevailed in the ensuing bid protest litigation. Following the hotly contested bid protest litigation, the public agency awarded the contract to Stewart Sokol & Gray's client and work on the project is now underway.
