Scott D. Schnuck emphasizes business, construction, and real-estate matters and brings a very strong practical experience to his legal representation.
Scott's business practice includes both transactional and litigation elements, handling commercial disputes, business formation, and commercial leases. Scott is able to leverage 15 years of management and business experience to assist his clients.
In his construction practice, Scott advises and represents owners, contractors, and design professionals in all aspects of construction related matters. In particular, Scott, with his civil engineering and practical hands-on experience, is able to understand the technical issues presented by construction disputes.
Before joining Stewart, Sokol and Gray, LLC, Scott gained extensive business and construction experience. Most recently, he held several management positions in the semiconductor industry. During his high-tech tenure, Scott was involved in the green-field start-up of two micro-chip fabrication facilities, operations management, and new business development. Scott also has practical construction experience from his management of heavy construction at Burlington Northern Railroad Company. There, Scott's projects included numerous bridge reconstructions; roadbed construction and rehabilitation; and a major sewer extension. |
